About the Event
Our second kayaking event!
Meet us at Creekside Kayaks and amble along False Creek on a sunny Sunday afternoon!
Kayak and all accompanying gear will be part of the rental.
Please arrive by 3.45pm so that we are geared up in time to leave at 4.00pm.
Very important: RSVPing with Diasporaa is not enough, you have to book a kayak and pay at www.register.dragonboatbc.ca. If you RSVP here but don't register, you may not be allowed to rent a kayak on Sunday - this discretion lies with the rental company.
If you don't find the 4.00pm slot, you can book one a few minutes before or after - you'll still be able to kayak with everyone else.
Other Important Points to note:
Each meetup is limited to 10 people.
Since spots are limited, please RSVP only if you are sure of coming
Please don't bring along anyone who is not on the confirmed attendees list.
Please come ONLY if you're confirmed as an attendee, not if you're on a waitlist.
You must follow provincial social distancing guidelines while at the meetup.
You MUST bring your own N95 mask - the masks shows in the event cover page are not a suggestion on what to use as a mask.
