Bartending 101 with John Jacob

Curious to learn how to lift your spirits and make cocktails at home?

Take a peek into the world of bartending at home with John Jacob – amateur bartender and cocktail hobbyist.

A graduate of Vancouver’s Fine Art Bartending School and holder of the Serving it Right certification (BC’s responsible liquor sales and service program), John has moonlighted at local bars and events.

This brief, fun-filled session will walk you through proper pouring techniques, methods of mixing drinks, an overview of major spirits, and a few classic cocktail recipes.
